Getting yourself fitter and healthier starts with making sacrifices. You have to be selfish and forgot certain things you currently do to get the results you want. Also, be prepared to have to deal with some friends and family being resistant to this as well as ridiculing you as they don't want you to change because your changes will be changing their worlds as well. Not everyone will be supportive or understand your journey.
