Hi, I'm Lou. A few years ago I had a moment of realisation (thanks to the stairs at my home at the time, 19 stone body weight and a lot of heavy breathing!), I realised that I needed to make some serious changes to my lifestyle, specifically my fitness and nutrition. The next day my journey began and I started to focus on eating more healthily, exercising more regularly and building myself a support network of family and friends to help me throughout my journey. 5 years on I have lost 7 stone and have fallen in love with fitness and nutrition, suffice to say it was well worth the effort.
As I was going through my journey I became more and more interested in the science behind fitness and nutrition and found myself actively trying to educate myself more on the theories and techniques being used in the industry. I started to share some of the techniques I'd used with family and friends and found that helping them succeed motivated me to learn and share more, it was at that stage that I decided becoming a Personal Trainer was the career path for me. A lot of people find it difficult to lose weight or tone when they hit their 30's (including myself), however having done this successfully it has driven me to help other people in a similar position to the one I was in, for that reason my clients typically tend to be in their 30's and upwards, both male and female. My main objective is to help my clients achieve their goals using the experience I have gained and methods I know work. I give 100% commitment to my clients to ensure they reach the goals we have set out, and work with them every step of the way to ensure they are committed and successful in their journey. |

The clients we tend to work with are struggling to start their journey or lack direction/motivation to reach their goals on their own. We work with them to design a plan based around their goals, current lifestyle and other commitments. Reaching their target can sometimes be difficult and daunting (even with a tailored body transformation plan), but we are with them for the good days and the tough days and most importantly ensure they stay focused on their goals and the next step to reaching them.
The programmes we design are tailored specifically for each individual client and are based on a bespoke transformation plan. This enables us to work together for a period of time to focus on the clients specific goals whether they be weight loss, toning & defining or increasing lean muscle. |
